A little bit lighter than our 2006, possessing more floral aromas, reminiscent of rose and orange blossoms with a hint of lemon zest. On the palate, a strong citrus background with nice firm acidity making for a long lasting and mouth-filling finish. This wine is sure to be enjoyed with fresh fruit, pork or chicken, as well as, spicy food.

With aromas of plums and blackberry, hinting at a slight earthiness, while being smooth and fruit forward on the palate. This is the lightest and most fruit driven of our reds, with very light tannins and a good acidity making it an excellent pairing with fish, chicken, beef or pork.

Possessing a rich ruby color, and aromas of black cherries, a pleasant herbalness, and subtle nuances of green pepper. The herbal character found on the nose resonates in the mouth, along with flavors of black currant, ripe cherries. This wine is slightly peppery, while possessing a nice soft tannin structure, and a pleasantly soft finish. Pairs well with red meats, tomato based sauces, or your heavier chicken dishes (cacciatore, or parmaginana).
