2011 Cephus - ( 80% Viognier 20% Chardonnay)
Very light and aromatic with aromas of honey, orange blossoms and lemon zest, while slightly grassy . The Honey and orange reverberate on the palate in addition to flavors of nectarine and pear with crisp acidity. A great pairing with fish, chicken, cheeses, fresh fruit, or light salads. This wine is named in honor of Kief's grandfather.

This wine possesses a nose redolent of plum, eucalyptus, and raspberry with a subtle earthiness. The palate portrays a nice smooth tannin accompanied by notes of pomegranate and cherry while slightly herbaceous. Great pairing with pork or beef, as well as your heavier chicken dishes, served with grilled vegetables or tomato based sauces. A blend of Petite Sirah and Barbera, named in honor of Kief's grandmother.
